Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes, two layers of protection. First, a 30-day money-back refund on every new Standard, Growth, or Scale subscription - a full refund with no eligibility gates. Second, a 90-Day Payback Guarantee: if the value ReplenishRadar recovers for you (the value-recovered metric shown in your dashboard) does not at least equal what you paid in subscription fees over your first 90 days, you may claim a full refund of all fees paid in that period. Eligibility applies (connect a store, sync your data, and act on at least one alert); the full value-recovered methodology is in our Terms. That second layer is conditional - the 30-day money-back is the unconditional path.

What's the difference between Standard and Growth?

Growth ($199/mo during launch, $249 after) adds 5 stores, 20,000 SKUs, 5,000 sales line items/month, plus seasonal and returns-adjusted forecasting, FBA Intelligence alerts, cadence ordering, and vendor workflows.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get immediate access to new features: store limits expand, sync speed increases, and any throttling clears immediately. Downgrade at any time and changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Can I mix and match Shopify and Amazon stores?

Yes! Your store limit applies to any combination. Standard (2 stores) works great for 1 Shopify + 1 Amazon. Growth (5 stores) is ideal for international expansion (US/UK/CA) or multi-brand portfolios.

What counts as a SKU?

A SKU is a unique product variant. If you sell a t-shirt in 3 sizes and 2 colors, that's 6 SKUs. We count active SKUs: products with inventory on hand, inbound, committed, or sold in the last 90 days. Discontinued or zero-stock items that haven't sold don't count against your limit.

What counts as a sales line item?

A sales line item is one SKU line on an order. If one customer order contains 3 different SKUs, that counts as 3 sales line items. We meter monthly line items because they reflect sync, storage, and forecasting work, not your revenue.

How often does inventory sync?

Inventory syncs in real-time on every paid plan: Shopify sends a webhook the moment stock changes, and Amazon pushes changes to us as they happen. On top of that, an Accuracy Check re-reconciles your full catalog on a schedule that gets faster by tier (Standard every 24h, Growth every 6h, Scale every hour, Enterprise every 30 min), and you can trigger an instant refresh whenever you need the latest numbers (the cooldown shrinks by tier).

How does the demand forecasting work?

ReplenishRadar classifies each SKU's demand pattern (steady, seasonal, intermittent) and applies the right forecasting model automatically. Steady sellers get exponential smoothing. Seasonal products get time-series decomposition. Intermittent SKUs get methods designed for sparse sales data. It analyzes your Shopify and Amazon sales history (minimum 30 days), factors in supplier lead times and returns, and shows you exactly how every number was calculated. No black-box AI. You can override any prediction for promotions or product launches.

Who is Lite for?

Accepted Answer

Solopreneurs and sub-50-SKU sellers running 1 Shopify store + 1 Amazon account. Lite is $9.99/mo for inventory tracking only: weekly sync, days of cover, reorder math, and a weekly stockout digest. No forecasting, no purchase orders, no FBA intelligence - those live on Standard and up. There's a $10k/30-day revenue cap (warning at 80%) and a 50 tracked-SKU hard cap. If you cross either, you upgrade.

What's NOT in Lite?

Forecasting, purchase orders, hourly sync, FBA fee and reimbursement intelligence, Slack alerts, API access, multi-store, team seats beyond one, and cadence ordering. Lite is intentionally inventory-only. If you need any of those, start on Standard.

What's included in the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise gets 30-minute drift scans, no instant-refresh cooldown, and a 100/500 force-refresh quota, on top of real-time Amazon push (all paid plans).
